
吴慕慈,男,Raybet在线官网 副教授,硕士生导师,法国图卢兹第三大学化学、生物与健康专业博士,研究方向为利用核磁共振波谱和质谱等高通量技术手段对复杂样品进行成分分析和质量控制,包括食品、药品和膳食补充剂等。2021年进入Raybet在线官网任教,担任国家富硒农产品加工技术研发专业中心骨干成员,主要从事富硒农产品的检测分析和风味化学研究。主持参与国家自然科学基金、法国国家药品和保健品安全局基金项目(ANSM)、湖北省重点实验室开放课题等科研项目多项,在Food Chemistry、Journal of Food Composition and Analysis等SCI期刊发表论文26篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇。湖北省科技特派员,法国化学学会会员,多次参加国际学术会议并发表口头报告。(https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0034-5135)
